Return Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with the product, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All items must be returned in their original packaging. And please note we only accept returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed products. Woven or law labels removed on products will be considered used.

We cannot accept items damaged through normal tear, discoloration due to by bleach, benzoyl peroxide and alpha hydroxy acid or residual bleach from previous loads, and cannot claim responsibility for shrinkage or damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers, or professional dry cleaners.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling.

Once your return is received, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you get the approval of the refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note, if a request for a return or exchange is made after 30 days post delivery, NEWLAKE DOWN will handle the order. All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer without exception.

Processing

We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 48 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 2-5 business days depending on stock availability.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. We only process orders Monday – Friday during normal business hours.

Tracking Your Order

Customers can refer to your shipping confirmation email for tracking information.

For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
