I ordered a king sized quilt set online and used a promo code to save $14. It took a couple weeks to receive cause it came from China. The package didn't look like it was a king but there was no indication on the insert of the size that was inside. I opened it to be sure and I got a twin! I have sent numerous emails and have engaged someone in the online chats a couple of times but all I get is "Hello, is there a problem with your order?" No matter what I reply to explain the issue, there's no answer back. So, here I am with a twin sized quilt I cannot use, out $56, and totally frustrated. If I could have given zero stats I would have! The worst part is that I had previously ordered two other quilts sets from Newlake and had no issues. So the complete radio silence and inability to communicate with this company is beyond disappointing.
